Introduction:

Redcar Trading (Pty) Ltd is a sourcing and supply company that operates in a variety of industries and public organizations. Our target market is not limited to a particular sector. We source products of superior quality at competitive prices for our clients. We ensure that we build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

We also operate a manufacturing business which has the capability of manufacturing safety critical supplies for the rail and pyrometallurgical industries.

On the technical services side we offer metallurgical consulting services. We also offer coaching and mentoring services for technical leaders to ensure that our clients’ leaders operate at an optimum level.

Company History:

RedCar Trading (Pty) Ltd was established in 2022 and is registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in South Africa. The company is based in the province of KwaZulu-Natal. The initial purpose of the business was to source products off-shore for the South African e-commerce sector. That part of the business is still very active and successful.

RedCar Trading was established under the entrepreneurial spirit of its sole director, Mr Joey Kunji-Behari. Mr Kunji-Behari is a qualified metallurgical engineer who spent 30 years in industry, serving in senior leadership roles.

RedCar Trading is an innovative company specializing in sourcing and supply, small scale manufacturing, and business improvement consulting services. We have a dynamic director who ensures the best quality service delivery to all our clients. The organisation also serves as a vehicle to empower and develop our women and youth in its area of operations.

Our enterprise endeavours to employ relevantly qualified and suitable candidates who have the necessary skills in all our service offerings and product suite. In instances where skills are lacking these will be provided to deserving candidates through work- based experiential and formal training.

As a Black owned South African company, we endeavour to work with up-and-coming black owned companies in joint venture projects through our strategic relationship with them. Capacity building among the poor and marginalised communities for the purpose of enterprise development is at the core of our business strategy.
